Gettysburg Reenactment 2
Historic Towns
The Gettysburg Reenactment is held every July to commemorate the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg, a turning point in the Civil War and the battle with the largest number of casualties. The event provides many opportunities for the public to learn about the Civil War, with reenactments of major assaults as well as mortar fire demonstrations and a living history village.
